My experience with CB Prop was very positive. The leasing agent who showed the apartment was helpful, and the office staff were always friendly and responsive when I had questions. The apartment was in great condition, inspections were scheduled with proper notice, and maintenance issues were handled quickly.
When it came time to move out, there was a small question about early lease termination and my deposit, but they returned my call, clarified the issue, and my deposit was returned as expected. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend CB Prop to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.
